We only bring you together – no commission, no money. You are responsible for the swap and plant health rules (CITES, plant passport).
Perfect Plants Club only brings swappers together: we are not a party to the swap, handle no money and take no commission. You arrange the swap between yourselves and are responsible for following the rules.
- Swaps or gifts only – selling for money is not allowed (sharing postage is fine).
- Protected species (CITES, EU 338/97): wild-collected or undocumented protected plants may not be swapped.
- Plant passport (EU 2016/2031): live plants sent by post may require a plant passport; seeds and in-person handovers can fall under different rules. If in doubt, ask your plant health authority.
- Outside the EU (e.g. Switzerland, UK) phytosanitary certificates and customs rules apply.
- Plants on the EU list of invasive species (e.g. water hyacinth, Ludwigia) may not be swapped.
- Only pass on healthy, pest-free plants and describe their condition honestly.
